Description
The City of Charleston seeks qualified architectural and engineering firms (or joint ventures) to conduct a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) and develop a 20‑year Capital Asset Management Plan for GoMart Ballpark Stadium. The scope includes multidisciplinary inspections, condition ratings, cost estimating, ADA compliance review, and a prioritized capital improvement roadmap to be delivered within three months of contract award. Submissions are limited to a PDF expression of interest (or a secure link for files >15 MB) by the July 24, 2026 deadline; up to three firms will be shortlisted for interviews, after which a contract will be awarded.
• Perform multidisciplinary assessment of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life‑safety, and site systems.
• Deliver detailed reports: executive summary, asset inventory, system‑specific assessments, deferred‑maintenance backlog, and a phased 20‑year capital improvement plan.
• Must include at least one West Virginia‑licensed Professional Engineer and provide two client references from comparable stadium or large‑public‑facility projects.
• All work is to be completed within three months of award; pricing is not disclosed in the EOI.
