Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a new, prefinished, standing seam metal roof to replace the existing standing seam metal roof at Dyess AFB, TX. The new roof must be sourced from the same manufacturer to ensure 100% compatibility and achieve a minimum 20-year, No Dollar Limit (NDL) leak-proof guarantee. The project duration is 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
* The contractor must provide all new roofing materials and accessories.
* The warranty must cover at a minimum UL-90 wind parameters.
* A site visit is scheduled for 20 July 2026 at 10:00 AM CST.
* Questions are due by 22 July 2026 at 2:00 PM CST.
* Proposals are due by 6 August 2026 at 4:00 PM CST.
