Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

No budget is disclosed, but similar county‑wide victim‑services contracts in the Pacific Northwest typically range from $500,000 to $2,000,000 annually, depending on service volume, staffing levels, and performance metrics. The estimate assumes a multi‑year agreement with full‑service delivery across the county.
