Description
The City of High Point is soliciting qualified commercial flooring contractors to remove and replace approximately 2,736 sq ft of flooring at its Paratransit Operations Facility. The scope includes demolition of existing LVT, concrete surface preparation, moisture mitigation, self‑leveling underlayment, installation of new luxury vinyl tile (LVT), wall base, and transition strips, plus any related miscellaneous work. Bidders must attend a pre‑bid conference on Oct 1, 2026, submit questions by Oct 7, 2026, and deliver sealed bids by Oct 21, 2026.
