Prater Way MOV Relocation

The Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is seeking bids for the Prater Way MOV Relocation Project. The project involves installing a new cast-in-place underground vault, motor operated valves, pressure regulating valve, remote terminal unit cabinet, welded steel pipe, fusion bonded epoxy steel pipe, and various electrical and controls work. The project also includes reinstalling irrigation equipment and controls, City of Sparks power meter and street light panel, removing old motor operated valve and vault, new AC pavement, new sidewalk, and a new restaurant sign. • The project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. • The Engineer's estimate for the project is between $3,620,700 and $4,425,300. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on March 10, 2026, at 10:00 am PT. • Bids will be accepted from only those bidders in attendance at the meeting and site visit. • Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted through the Questions Tab no later than three business days before the Bid Opening.
