Description
The Royal Oak Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Royal Oak High School and Royal Oak Middle School Gymnasium Cooling/HVAC services. The scope of work includes the installation of new HVAC systems, including air handling units, cooling coils, and fans. The contractor will be responsible for taking possession of pre-purchased equipment and storing it in a secure location. The contractor must also provide training on the new equipment and ensure that the gymnasium floors are protected during the construction process.
• The project requires the contractor to work on both high school and middle school sites.
