Description
The Trial Court of Massachusetts, Facilities Management & Capital Planning, is seeking bids for the Chelsea District Court - Exhaust Fan Replacement Project. The project involves the replacement of exhaust fans and VAV at the Chelsea District Court, located at 120 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via COMMBUYS by January 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A pre-bid conference will be held on December 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder.
• The project requires the replacement of exhaust fans and VAV.
• Bidders must meet all qualifications outlined in M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M.
• The successful bidder must provide a 50% payment bond in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 29, and the contract documents.
• All work must meet the specifications and standards described in the contract documents.
• Workers must pass CORI checks.
