Description
The City of Sandy Springs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide stormwater infrastructure rehabilitation services utilizing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining methods at multiple locations throughout the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia. The project includes the CIPP lining of existing stormwater pipes at various locations, consisting of corrugated metal pipe (CMP) and reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), in a range of diameters. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following locations and quantities:
• Approximately 25 linear feet of 18-inch diameter CMP near 865 Marseilles Drive
• Approximately 32 linear feet of 18-inch diameter CMP near 7520 Spalding Lane
• Approximately 133 linear feet of 18-inch diameter CMP near 7600 Nesbit Ferry Road
• Approximately 29 linear feet of 18-inch diameter CMP near 8680 The Fifth Green
• Approximately 31 linear feet of 18-inch diameter RCP near 405 Londonberry Drive
• Approximately 33 linear feet of 18-inch diameter RCP near 485 Mount Vernon Highway
• Approximately 117 linear feet of 18-inch diameter RCP near 5785 Peachtree Dunwoody Road
• Approximately 10 linear feet of 15-inch diameter RCP near 3395 Spalding Drive
• Approximately 45 linear feet of 24-inch diameter CMP near 3395 Spalding Drive
• Approximately 26 linear feet of 24-inch diameter RCP near 155 North Mill Road
• Approximately 26 linear feet of 24-inch diameter RCP near 4869 Lake Forrest Drive
• Approximately 18 linear feet of 24-inch diameter CMP near 190 North Devereux Court
• Approximately 272 linear feet of 30-inch diameter CMP (two segments) near 190 North Devereux Court
• Approximately 32 linear feet of 48-inch diameter CMP near 7580 Wolf Brook Drive
The scope of work includes all associated activities required for successful CIPP installation, including pipe cleaning and flushing, pre- and post-installation CCTV inspection and videography, liner installation, water supply for inversion, disposal of water, installation of pipe gaskets or end seals, liner testing, cure tracking, and all other work outlined in the CIPP Specifications.
