Description
The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for mowing, maintenance, and cleaning services for Lower Tuscarawas Area Projects, OH. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Commercial Service type contract with a not-to-exceed amount of $2,400,000 over the entire contract period. The performance period will be a base period of one year and four option periods of one year each. The contract will require the contractor to provide mowing, maintenance, and cleaning services for the Lower Tuscarawas Area Projects.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as past performance, management and controls, equipment and personnel, and cost/price.
• The contractor must comply with the limitations on subcontracting and submit the Post-Award Contractor’s Limitations on Subcontracting Certification.
• The solicitation documents will be available online at https://www.piee.eb.mil, and offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award.
