Description
The Monroe County Board of Education is seeking qualified Construction Management firms for roof top units and ceiling replacement at Hubbard Elementary School and roof replacement and drainage improvements at Monroe County Middle School. The successful firm will provide Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Services to meet the construction schedule and fixed budget. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing construction management services for the specified projects
• Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure project completion within budget and schedule
• Managing construction activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
The Request for Qualifications package will be emailed to interested firms upon receipt of a written request. Proposals are due on or before October 31, 2025, at 3:00 pm EST.
