Description
The Maryland Department of General Services is seeking a professional services firm to prepare the Part 1 & 2 Facilities Program for the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home New Construction and Renovations project. The selected firm will be responsible for providing all goods and services required for the project, including site planning, building assessments, facilities design, and programing of all buildings and facilities at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. The project is expected to last for 180 days, with a single award to be made as a result of this RFP.
• The firm must have at least 20 years of continuous experience providing services to deliver veteran home or senior living home projects in the United States in all phases of project planning, programing, design, and delivery of the completed project.
• The firm must have a minimum of two principals, or submit a notarized Corporate Resolution outlining its contingency plan in the event of the unavailability of the named principal.
• The firm must have a Maryland resident agent or Maryland representation.
• The firm must meet all of the requirements requested in this solicitation and the successful Offeror (the Contractor) shall remain responsible for Contract performance regardless of subcontractor participation in the work.
