This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to produce three consecutive evenings of family‑friendly motorsports entertainment for the Western Montana Fair, handling everything from arena preparation and participant recruitment to live announcing, prize‑money administration, safety planning, and post‑event cleanup. The contractor will also support optional daytime programming, sponsor activation, and a multi‑year partnership with the County.
• Deliver three turnkey motorsports shows (≈2–2.5 hr each) on July 31‑Aug 2 2026, plus a second‑year fair in 2027 and optional extensions through 2032.
• Provide full production services: arena manager, stewards, announcer, music, technical inspections, prize‑money distribution, equipment, security, hospitality, and restoration of the venue within 24 hrs after the final performance.
• Submit a separate sealed cost envelope, maintain $1 M/$3 M general liability, professional liability, and workers’ compensation insurance, and meet a 200‑mile, 90‑day non‑compete clause.
