Description
The County of Erie is seeking a vendor to provide Wolfcom body worn cameras, accessories, and management software system for the Erie County Sheriff's Office. The system should include 45 body worn cameras, evidence management software, and various accessories. The vendor should provide technical support, software updates, and maintenance for the duration of the term. The contract will be awarded based on various criteria, including vendor qualifications, technical capabilities, implementation and support, security and data storage, ease of use, and pricing.
• The system should include 45 Commander 2.1 smart body cameras with 360-degree clip, live streaming, GPS tracking, and other features.
• The evidence management software should include unlimited CJIS compliant cloud storage, commander online platform system, and other features.
• The vendor should provide included training for department instructors and free video tutorials for all officers.
• The contract should include a 3-year technical support plan and cloud-based storage solution.
