The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Dell Power LT, Rugged, DT, Power DT equipment. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The equipment must be new and unused, and the contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor must deliver the equipment to the specified location. • The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit with the bid. • The contractor must provide proof of delivery, including packing slip or delivery confirmation, and equipment serial numbers. • The contractor must email invoices to [email protected] within 10 days of delivering the equipment.
