Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, permit, execute, and clean‑up an integrated aerial entertainment package for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa’s inaugural Fourth‑of‑July celebration. The scope includes a 15‑minute synchronized drone light show followed by a 20‑minute fireworks display, all choreographed to a classic‑rock soundtrack, with full responsibility for FAA drone authorizations, NFPA‑compliant pyrotechnic permits, safety planning, on‑site production logistics, and post‑event reporting. The contract will be awarded shortly after the March 27, 2026 bid deadline, with work expected to be performed through the event on July 1, 2026.
• Deliver a complete concept design (drone choreography, fireworks plan, music sync) and obtain all required FAA, ATF/Fire Marshal permits.
• Provide licensed drone operators, certified pyrotechnicians, insurance, equipment, and on‑site crew for setup, execution, and teardown.
• Ensure compliance with FAA Part 107, NFPA 1123/1126, CNE safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
