Description
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking bids for the restoration of the North Economy Parking Garage and Long Term Hourly Parking Garage. The project includes concrete repairs, joint sealant replacement, expansion joint replacement, traffic membrane recoat, and other noted repairs. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond in the form of a certified check or surety bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to execute a payment bond and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract value.
• The bid package is available for examination and purchase for $25.00 per set.
• A pre-bid conference will be held on March 10, 2026, at 1:30 PM.
• The bid submission deadline is March 31, 2026, at 1:30 PM ET.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsible bidder.
• The project is subject to federal regulatory provisions and contract requirements, including DBE requirements, Buy America Preference requirements, and Title VI updates.
