Liberty Public School District is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and provide turnkey installation of audio‑equipment across three district sites. The work includes installing two Yamaha DM7 digital mixing consoles (one at Liberty High School, one at Liberty North High School), relocating an existing Yamaha QL5 console to Heritage Middle School, and installing a Yamaha RIO1608‑D3 I/O rack and a Gator Audio rack case at Heritage Middle School. The vendor must handle un‑packing, inspection, removal of legacy equipment, cabling, commissioning to the existing Dante and analog network, and provide a brief training session for fine‑arts technicians and staff. All work must be completed before the first week of school in mid‑August 2026, with flexibility for after‑hours work if needed. The contract also requires compliance with Missouri licensing, Wage Order 33, and insurance/bonding requirements.
