Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the renovation of Building 10 Holly Grove, located at 1700 Kanawha Blvd East, Charleston, WV 25305. The project includes construction work, and the contractor will be required to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The project has a fixed period contract term of 270 days. Two non-mandatory pre-bid meetings will be conducted on February 11th and February 18th, 2026, at 11:00 am.
