Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical municipal tree‑service contracts that include equipment ownership, 24/7 staffing, and a one‑year term with potential extensions, a reasonable estimate ranges from half a million dollars to a few million dollars. Factors influencing the final amount include the size of the town’s right‑of‑way network, the volume of trees, equipment depreciation/lease costs, labor rates, and the number of emergency incidents anticipated. A conservative low estimate is $500,000 (minimal service volume, limited emergency calls), while a high estimate could approach $2,000,000 (extensive tree inventory, frequent storm events, full equipment fleet).
