Description
The State of Michigan's Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide laboratory services for the Center for Forensic Psychiatry. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing laboratory testing and analysis services, including but not limited to, toxicology, serology, and DNA analysis. The vendor will also be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the laboratory services. The contract term is approximately 3 years, from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2029.
• The laboratory services will be provided at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry.
• The vendor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the laboratory services.
• The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards for laboratory testing and analysis.
• The vendor will be required to provide a detailed plan for the provision of laboratory services, including but not limited to, staffing, equipment, and quality control.
• The vendor will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and ability to provide the required laboratory services.
