NCF Dietary and Laundry Hot Water Tank Replacement

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for the replacement of a hot water tank. The project includes design development, construction documents, bidding or negotiation assistance, and construction phase services. The selected firm will be required to provide a lump sum price for the base scope of work, including all reimbursable expenses.
