Description
The City of Wheaton is seeking bids for the Willow Avenue Utility Improvements project, which includes the replacement of water main and sanitary sewer lines, as well as other associated work. The project is approximately 420 feet long and is located on Willow Avenue between West Street and Wheaton Avenue. The work includes open cut replacement of 410 feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipe water main and appurtenances, installation of new water main fittings, water services, and valve vaults, removal and replacement of 418 feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main, and other work. The project also includes landscaping restoration, erosion and sediment control, and other incidental work.
