The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to find a suitable location for a Community Based Outpatient/Primary Care Clinic in Burlington County, NJ. The space required is approximately 13,595 net usable square feet. The Government is looking for a fully serviced lease with a minimum of 60 parking spaces, including 6 handicapped spaces. The lease term will be 5 years firm and 10 years non-firm. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are any firms willing to host the VA's current clinic and to identify potential sources for a future solicitation.
