Description
The Camden City School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive elevator and wheelchair‑lift maintenance and repair services for all of its school facilities for the 2026‑2027 school year. The contract requires monthly preventive maintenance visits, as‑needed corrective repairs, software/control system updates, and annual inspections, with all work performed on a time‑and‑materials (hourly) basis. The award will go to the lowest responsible bidder, and the contractor must submit background checks before commencing work.
• Monthly preventive maintenance for ~38 elevators/lifts across the district
• Corrective repairs and parts replacement (quotes > $100 require prior approval)
