Description
Delgado Community College is seeking bids to provide Pest Control Services for six locations, including multiple buildings on the City Park Campus, West Bank Campus, Maritime & Industrial Training Facility, River City Campus, and Sidney Collier Site. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for pest control services, including the control of rats, bats, honey bees, and other pests. The contractor must also have a truck-mounted fogger, hand fogger, and chemical sprayer to treat external mosquitoes. The contract term will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two 12-month periods.
• The contractor must have at least six years of experience in pest control services.
• The contractor must be licensed and certified by the Louisiana State Licensing Board.
• The contractor must provide proof of training for service personnel.
• The contractor must maintain a log book for all kitchen areas and update it upon each visit.
• The contractor must provide a written report to the agency after each month's service, including unsanitary conditions, entry points for rodents, and other conditions that increase the presence of pests.
