FURNISHING WATER METERS

The Metropolitan District (MDC) is seeking qualified vendors to supply a range of solid‑state electromagnetic or ultrasonic water meters (up to 2") that are compatible with its existing remote reading system and the ITRON Cellular 500W‑R+ ERT. All meters must be manufactured, assembled, and tested in the United States, and must include encoder registers, connectors, and remote receptacles ready for immediate integration without additional programming. The contract will be awarded to the successful bidder(s) who can meet the technical specifications and delivery schedule outlined in the solicitation. • Provide various sized, solid‑state electromagnetic or ultrasonic water meters (≤ 2″) compatible with MDC’s remote reading system. • Meters must include encoder type registers, connectors, and remote receptacles, ready for plug‑and‑play installation. • All equipment must be manufactured, assembled, and tested in the U.S., and conform to the ITRON Cellular 500W‑R+ ERT communication standard.
