R--Mock Survey (Operational Assessment) for AFRH

The Armed Forces Retirement Home requires an Operational Assessment (Mock Survey) to be conducted in accordance with current Joint Commission standards. The assessment will cover various services, including Ambulatory Care, Home Care, Nursing Care, Life Safety/Environment of Care, Assisted Living Services, Long Term Care Services, and Memory Support Services. The mock survey will also provide an Overall Facility Review of procedures, practices, and an assessment of clinical and safety processes. • The assessment must be conducted in accordance with current Joint Commission standards. • The mock survey will cover various services, including Ambulatory Care, Home Care, Nursing Care, Life Safety/Environment of Care, Assisted Living Services, Long Term Care Services, and Memory Support Services. • The assessment will provide an Overall Facility Review of procedures, practices, and an assessment of clinical and safety processes. • The quote due date is extended to 4/16/2026.
