Description
The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking a single exclusive beverage‑supply partner to obtain pouring rights across all campus venues, provide vending and fountain equipment at no cost, and deliver a comprehensive marketing plan. The vendor must install, service, and maintain all equipment, assume liability for equipment loss, and meet extensive insurance and compliance requirements. Compensation for exclusive rights is to be proposed by the vendor, with a one‑year initial term renewable up to seven years.
• Covers cafeteria, vending, athletics, bookstore, on‑site Chick‑fil‑A and a designated “Starbucks We Proudly Serve” location.
• Vendor must supply full beverage menu, pricing per estimated quantity, and all related dispensing equipment free of charge.
• Must provide 24/7 repair response, a written maintenance plan, and reimburse the University for sales loss due to equipment downtime.
