The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information on and sources capable of providing Examination Tables, specifically the Uterine Positioning System, for the VA Phoenix, AZ Healthcare System. The system should have stability and control, dynamic positioning, hands-free operation, and compatibility with uterine manipulators such as RUMI II and Advincula Arch. The VA is looking for companies that can provide the required supplies and services, and is encouraging submissions of information about pricing, delivery, and capabilities. • The system must have a flexible arm with a wide range of motion and foot pedal-controlled movement and locking. • The system must be compatible with standard operating room table rails and have a compact design suitable for minimally invasive surgery. • The system must have ergonomic and access features, such as rotating out of the surgical field when needed and allowing unobstructed access between the patient's legs. • Companies should provide their capabilities statement, size status, and representations of their business, as well as any additional feedback or suggestions.
