Fort Washington Road Water Main Replacement

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking bids for the replacement of existing water mains in Prince George's County, Maryland. The project involves replacing 3-inch, 4-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch cast-iron and asphaltic ductile iron distribution water mains with new 4-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch ductile iron water mains. The project is located in the 290B pressure zone and supplies water to several subdivisions in Fort Washington, MD. The contractor must demonstrate experience in water main construction, traffic control, erosion and sediment control, and plumbing.
