Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a sole source contractor to provide a software subscription service for Brainlab Elements and ODM products. The contractor will be responsible for providing updates, upgrades, and technical support for the software, as well as ensuring compliance with VA security requirements. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide 24/7 technical support, remote installation support, and subscription activation and continuity.
• The contractor must ensure uninterrupted access to the software for five years.
• The contractor must maintain compliance with VA security and privacy requirements.
• The contractor must provide remote troubleshooting, monitoring, and installation of updates via Brainlab iHelp at no additional cost.
• The contractor must respond to support requests within 4 hours during business hours and within 8 hours after hours.
• The contractor must maintain system uptime of at least 99% during the subscription period.
