New Jersey Turnpike Authority is seeking to pre‑qualify one contractor to provide routine towing services for Zone 7 of the Turnpike. Applicants must demonstrate experience, furnish a complete fleet of required towing equipment, and maintain a garage facility within five miles of the zone. The solicitation includes extensive documentation requirements (insurance, moral‑integrity affidavit, ownership disclosures, affirmative‑action certifications, etc.) and a mandatory annual zone fee of $9,000. The contract, if awarded, will run for up to five years and will be subject to monthly performance reporting and audit rights.
