Description
The purpose of this amendment is to cancel the solicitation referenced at block 9A and B of N6264926R0374 in its entirety. The original solicitation was for the FAS-34 Overhaul, and it required the Offeror to certify that they currently hold an active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement in the Japan Region. The solicitation was intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan.
• The Offeror must possess a current NAVSUP FLCY MSRA/ABR Agreement.
• The Offeror must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042.
• The Offeror must agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order.
