CDBG Funded - Henry Jones Legacy Park Phase 1 Construction

The City of Sierra Vista is seeking contractors to construct Phase 1 of Henry Jones Legacy Park. The project includes site improvements such as site grading, concrete sidewalks and slabs, drainage improvements, and landscape work. The project is federally funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and is subject to Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates and other federal terms and conditions. • The base scope of work includes tasks such as site grading, construction of concrete sidewalks and slabs, drainage improvements, and landscape work. • The bid-add alternate scope of work includes additional landscape and irrigation work, decorative screen panels, a park monument sign, shade structure, and LED-lighted splash pad. • The project requires coordination with another project being constructed along Fab Avenue. • The contractor must comply with federal laws and regulations, including the Build America, Buy America Act. • The project is subject to prevailing wage rates and labor standards.
