The Department of Veterans Affairs El Paso Veterans Medical Center is seeking information from potential vendors for the purchase of an Ophthalmic A/B-Scan–Pachymeter Ultrasound system. The system should be a portable, tablet-based workstation running on a Windows 10 platform with a high-resolution, multi-touch screen, and include A-Scan, B-Scan, and UBM probes. The system will be used for diagnostic imaging and biometric measurement needs of Ophthalmology, including measuring axial length, anterior chamber depth, and lens thickness for intraocular lens power calculations. The contractor will be responsible for delivery, installation, calibration, training, and warranty support.
