Statewide E-Resources for Minitex

The University of Minnesota is seeking proposals for statewide access to high-quality electronic resources. These resources will support libraries and their users across K–12, higher education, public, and special library environments. The proposed e-resources should cover a wide variety of subject categories and material types and contribute to a core database collection that serves libraries of all types in the region. Some key points to consider include: • The resources must be available to users through libraries and school media centers and via Internet connections across Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. • The University reserves the right to amend all or any portion of the RFP at any time for any reason. • Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process. • The submission deadline is a hard close, and the system will reject responses with errors and will NOT allow late submissions.
