Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is seeking to award a sole source contract to TacMed Solutions LLC for the inspection and repair of four Free Diver Heating System (FDHS) lots. The contract will include an evaluation of the FDHS systems, as well as minor or major repairs if deemed necessary. The contractor must be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and have the in-house resident knowledge to accurately conduct the required image evaluation of the tablets.
Key points to consider:
• The contract is for a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis.
• The contractor must perform the evaluation and repairs at their maintenance and repair facility.
• The Government's minimum needs have been verified by the certifying technical and requirements personnel.
• The total contract price is not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000.00.
• All repaired equipment will be delivered no later than ninety (90) days after receipt from the Government.
