Shake Creek Guard Station & Big Smoky Guard Station Hybrid Electrical Improvements

The USDA is seeking a contractor to install a solar system to supplement a standalone generator at the Shake Creek Guard Station and the Big Smoky Guard Station. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials and labor to complete the project. The project includes the installation of a solar array, battery backup system, and general electrical system components. The contractor must have experience with prime-rated generator system installations, flexware and battery backup system installations, and solar array and module installations. The contractor must also have knowledge of general electrical system components and experience with forming/pouring concrete pads and footings. • The project is located in the Fairfield Ranger District, Elmore County and Camas County, Idaho. • The contractor must provide proof of electrical licensure in the State of Idaho. • The contractor must demonstrate experience completing projects with similar technical aspects. • The contractor must provide pricing for all individual line items listed in the schedule of items. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable quote.
