One-Two SentencesThe University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) isseeking Letters of interest from qualified architectural andengineering firms to provide complete professional designand construction administration services for theconstruction of an Eight Hundred Forty square feet (840)Women's Soccer locker room to address Title IXrequirements. This area will need to accommodate a maximumof thirty (30) students and lockers.The selected designer will be advancing the design from itscurrent level of development. Preliminary design work hasbeen completed under a prior phase, and with additionalfunding now obtained, the project is to move forward towardfinal design, bidding, and construction. The selecteddesigner will be provided with the supporting documents andother available project background information prepared todate for incorporation, evaluation, and further developmentas part of the continued design process.Firms are requested to ensure receipt of One (1) electroniccopy via email in PDF format to the project contact by Noonon 04/28/2026.
