VALLEY TRANSIT FACILITY RENOVATION PHASE 2

The City of Appleton is seeking bids for the Valley Transit Facility Renovation Phase 2 project. The project consists of constructing a new 14,300 sq ft bus storage addition and remodeling and systems upgrade to the existing 43,175 sq ft facility. The related site work will provide additional parking, updated stormwater, and necessary landscaping improvements. • The project requires a pre-bid conference on June 29, 2026. • Bidders must comply with the City of Appleton's Responsible Bidder Policy and participate in a Class A Registered Apprenticeship Program. • A bid bond equal to five percent of the bid is required. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed for the best interests of the City.
