Training for EcoPower Wash System

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to negotiate a non-competitive contract with EcoServices, LLC for training services on the EcoPower Engine Wash System. This system is required to support the Royal Australian Air Force P-8A Poseidon Program. The proposed contract action is for services that can only be provided by one responsible source. Key aspects of the opportunity include: • The EcoPower Wash unit is the only system that meets the P-8A Poseidon Aircraft engine wash program requirements. • The water filtration system on the EcoPower Wash unit meets all initial water requirements for the P-8A engine wash system. • The EcoPower Wash unit is the only system with the ability to pump, filter, and reuse the engine wash effluent. • The contract action is being pursued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, which allows for non-competitive procurement when only one responsible source can provide the required services.
