R699--Beneficiary Locator and Outreach Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide Beneficiary Locator and Outreach Services. The contractor will be responsible for locating and contacting beneficiaries of deceased veterans to facilitate the completion of claims. The services will include obtaining current contact information for named beneficiaries, conducting research to identify possible alternate beneficiaries, and conducting outreach to beneficiaries to provide information to facilitate completing claims. The contractor will be required to comply with various federal laws and regulations, including the Faster Payment to Veteran’s Survivors Act of 2022, the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), and the Privacy Act of 1974.
