Description
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) is seeking proposals for Science and Technical Support Services for the Earthquake Science Center. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, and the successful offeror will provide technical and management support services to the USGS. The services will include technical approach, understanding of requirements, approach to the project, and approach to assuring service quality. The proposal should include a narrative addressing the general management and technical approach, as well as a pricing proposal. The USGS will evaluate the proposals based on factors such as experience, technical/management approach, and past performance.
