Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5 is seeking sources for preventative maintenance and repair services for kitchen hood fire suppression systems at the Perry Point VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools and materials to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on the systems, as well as providing detailed reports of maintenance actions and costs. The contract will include quarterly inspections and an end-of-year review. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding worker health and safety.
