Stationary Recycling-related Equipment, Maintenance, and Rep

The City of Austin is seeking bids for the purchase of preventative maintenance, servicing, and repair of stationary recycling-related equipment. The contract will include the provision of parts replacements and maintenance services for the equipment. The City is looking for a responsible offeror who can provide high-quality services and meet the City's needs. The contract will be awarded to the low responsive bid, or best value responsive bid, as applicable. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to cancel the solicitation at any time. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing preventative maintenance, servicing, and repair of stationary recycling-related equipment • Replacing parts as needed • Providing on-call maintenance and emergency repair services • Responding to emergency calls within two hours • Performing quarterly inspections and maintenance services • Providing a safety plan and implementing it throughout the contract term • Complying with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and regulations
