The University of Maine System is seeking a qualified supplier to provide propane fuel to 38 campus locations, delivering an estimated 105,000 gallons annually. The contract runs for up to two years starting 1 July 2026, with three optional one‑year extensions, and includes both fixed‑price and spot‑market pricing options. Bidders must submit per‑gallon pricing, adhere to delivery windows, and provide safety, spill‑prevention, and ancillary services such as furnace restarts.
• Deliver propane to a mix of above‑ground and underground tanks ranging from 120 gal to 1,000 gal across multiple sites.
• Offer a fixed‑price quote (12‑ or 24‑month terms) and/or a spot‑market price based on the Mt Belvieu index plus a markup.
