Elevator & Vertical Transportation Preventative Maintenance

The County of Riverside is seeking proposals from competent parties qualified in providing Elevator and Vertical Transportation Preventative Maintenance Services for 43 buildings with 122 elevators and vertical transportation units. The contract will be for one year with an option to renew for up to four additional years. The selected contractor will be required to perform routine, recurring, and usual work for the preservation or protection of the elevators and vertical transportation units. • The contractor must have a current and valid C-11 contractor's license and Certified Qualified Conveyance Company (CQCC) issued by the Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) license. • The contractor must have experience in maintaining equipment of similar grade to the degree specified in the RFP. • The contractor must be able to perform services of any resulting agreements. • The contractor must maintain a current and valid registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). • The contractor must pay prevailing wage rates according to local industry standards.
