26-018 One (1) Year Contract for Galvanized Pipe, Fittings and Related Items

The City of Pensacola is seeking bids for a one-year contract to supply galvanized pipe, fittings, and related items. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The scope of work includes providing galvanized pipe, fittings, and related items as needed by the City during the contract period. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contract term is for one year with an option to renew for an additional year. • The contractor must provide a certified check, cashier's check, or insurance company's executed bond in the amount of $1,000. • The contractor must comply with the City's insurance and indemnification requirements. • The contractor must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for any hazardous materials. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
