Sources Sought for Co-Brand Agreement for Floor Stripper, Floor Finish Remover, and Floor Finishes

The National Industries for the Blind (NIB) is seeking sources for a co-brand agreement for floor stripper, floor finish remover, and floor finishes. The products must meet or exceed Federal Government published standards and have specific requirements such as being USDA BioPreferred certified and meeting industry performance specifications. The manufacturer must have a nationally or industry-known brand name, demonstrate significant appeal through evidence of substantial sales, and be willing to deliver bulk materials to the non-profit agency. The manufacturer must also be willing to enter into a multi-year agreement and demonstrate a commitment to working with the AbilityOne Program to market the product(s) to Government customers. Some key points to consider are: • The products must meet specific requirements such as being high-strength emulsifying strippers, low-odor, low-foaming formulas, and have advanced polymer technology. • The manufacturer must have a dedicated team for Federal Government sales and marketing. • The price to the end-users must be fair and reasonable. • The non-profit agency's employees would perform functions such as converting material, filling containers, labeling, assembling, and packaging the products.
