Description
The City of Salina is seeking an engineering consulting firm to design and manage the replacement of three deteriorated 28‑in × 40‑in culverts on Fairdale Road, including hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, easement acquisition, utility relocation coordination, and preparation of construction documents. The firm must demonstrate relevant experience, qualified personnel, and the ability to meet a tight schedule that culminates in a completed design package by early April 2027.
• Scope includes H‑H analyses, preliminary/final design drawings, specifications, and easement/legal documentation.
• Coordination responsibilities cover utility relocations, temporary construction easements, and permanent drainage easements.
• Selection is based on experience, staff qualifications, project approach, schedule adherence, and past performance with the City of Salina.
